SIDE STREET STUDIO

 Side Street Studio is an F&B unit on the ground floor of ABC. We have decided to operate this ourselves with an operating partner for one year in order to inspire possible tenants for the following year.

I have developed the concept, instructed on the design and am in the process of overseeing the fitout with the team. Inspired by 1960's New York cafes that acted as a comedy clubs at night, Side Street Studio is a fluid space that will operate as an all day cafe in the day and a restaurant at night however with a focus on events and live performances every daily.

We have also partnered with Manchester International Festival on this concept to help us deliver an incredible event space and offer them an opportunity to market their new 7,500 seater performance theatre, The Factory.
