Represent are a large mens clothing brand based in Bolton with an audience predominantly from the north of England.

After the Clints pop-up Represent enquired about one of their own. I placed them in an old Oliver Sweeney unit in Spinningfields that has suffered low demand throughout the pandemic. Again this was a £5,000 weekend hire fee with a further 8% share on sales revenue.

The pop-up was a huge success as they took approximately £130,000 in sales.

Following this success and attention, this unit was instantly leased as a wine bar and cafe.
