Primo Bagels was started by three pastry chefs from the Pollen Bakery in Manchester. They've had great success as a pop-up for the last three months but need a kitchen to keep the business alive after their pop-up ends.

We are currently negotiating a lease with a revenue share for a dark kitchen in one of our developments until we have a more permanent solution for them on Grape Street next year (an F&B street we are currently developing).
