In order to develop a commercial product there will be key commercial pillars that anchor and underpin necessary income to kickstart the development of a location.

CONCEPT
A commercial estate, and the strategy to getting there, is wrapped up in a sellable, coherent concept for investors, consumers and media to believe in.
​I will present, develop, design and deliver concepts for spaces that achieve the appropriate goals for that location. They will be unique and purposeful ideas around workspace, hospitality, retail and public realm that last.
